1. Since he doesn't have a high school diploma, I would show him the GED preparation and practice exams. The job search and research skills would be helpful for creating a resume and learning interview skills. The skill building for adults may also be helpful to improve math, reading, etc. skills or if he is looking for a specific job, the jobs and careers tests, courses and ebooks would be helpful.
2. I would recommend the business writing practice and courses, the ebook The Complete Professional, and the career course Succeeding on the Job.
3. I would show him the career guidance ebook Becoming a Nurse and the nursing school practice entrance test. Also the pharmacy tech practice exam and the ebook Becoming a Healthcare Professional.
